Rosey Black Leaf DIGESTIVE Tea

Handpicked by our tea partners from Qingdao and carefully curated by Radhika's Fine Teas, the Rose Black Tea is one of those few brews that are strong in taste yet hopelessly romantic. A whiff of the lovely black tea leaves blended with rich rose essence will transport you to the Victorian Era and a sip will give you a glimpse into what a high tea service feels like.
Full-bodied, aromatic and smooth, this fine tea is your go to tea, whether you want to DIVE into the sweet memories of the past or simply want to soak in the present moment completely.
Radhika's Tea Tip:
1. Drinks:
This infusion goes well with rose-infused mocktails and milkshakes
2. Food:
Sprinkle the re-brewed wet tea leaves to add a unique flavor to your salads
Set the infusion into interesting rose popsicles with a dash of cinnamon and vanilla pod

How To Brew

How To Brew
  • Water is Tea’s best friend

  • Take a *pinch of Rosey Black Leaf DIGESTIVE Tea in your infuser cup, double it incase of a kettle

  • Boil water and let the bubbles calm

  • Pour water over leaves and cover the cup or kettle for steeping

  • Wait for 3 to 5 minutes

  • Steal a whiff of the aromatic leaves while you wait

  • If it's strong enough, strain and sip

  • This fine tea can be re-steeped up to 3-5 times depending on your palette

  • If you want to try the iced version of Rose Black, pour the infusion into a tall glass with ice cubes and stir with a dash of ground mint leaves and a pinch of sea salt.

*At RadhikasFineTeas we believe a recipe for tea simply spoils it, instead a pinch of your favorite leaf is what you need to explore the nuances and notes of tea as it unfurls and expands, adjusting with more or less leaf or more or less water.
So a pinch is thus taking for measurements sake a TABLESPOON of the leaf or 2 grams for 8 ounces of water.
